How to Get Bhoomi RTC on the Bhoomi Portal

To get RTC online, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the official website: Karnataka Online Land Records Bhoomi.
  2. On the homepage, click the i-RTC button.
  3. Log in to your account. For first-time users, select the “Guest” option.
  4. Enter your personal details like name, 10-digit mobile number, email ID, and Aadhar Card number.
  5. Verify all details and proceed.
  6. Fill in the application form with details like District, Taluk, Hobli, Village, Survey number, Surnoc, Hissa number, and Validity RTC.
  7. Click the “Fetch details” button to see your land record.
  8. To check RTC, click the “View RTC” option.
  9. To download the RTC, pay a fee of 10 Rs through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, etc. The payment will be processed through the SBI online page.
  10. Once the payment is done, your RTC will be available in PDF format for download and future use.

How to View RTC on the Bhoomi Portal

To view RTC online, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the official website: Karnataka Online Land Records Bhoomi.
  2. Click on the “View RTC and MR” option on the homepage.
  3. Choose from options like Current Year, Old Year, MR, or Mutation Status.
  4. Fill in the form with details like District, Taluk, Hobli, Village, Survey Number, Surnoc, Hissa no Period, Year.
  5. Verify all details and click the “Fetch details” button.
  6. The land record details will appear on the screen.
  7. Click on the “View RTC” option to see the RTC. You can also save the RTC as an image.
