How to Get Bhoomi RTC on the Bhoomi Portal
To get RTC online, follow these steps:
- Visit the official website: Karnataka Online Land Records Bhoomi.
- On the homepage, click the i-RTC button.
- Log in to your account. For first-time users, select the “Guest” option.
- Enter your personal details like name, 10-digit mobile number, email ID, and Aadhar Card number.
- Verify all details and proceed.
- Fill in the application form with details like District, Taluk, Hobli, Village, Survey number, Surnoc, Hissa number, and Validity RTC.
- Click the “Fetch details” button to see your land record.
- To check RTC, click the “View RTC” option.
- To download the RTC, pay a fee of 10 Rs through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, etc. The payment will be processed through the SBI online page.
- Once the payment is done, your RTC will be available in PDF format for download and future use.
